Michael "Omar" Bradley

Michael Bradley is the President of SecuriFense, Inc. Mr. Bradley served in the United States Air Force for 26 years before retiring as a Colonel in 2004.  In addition to his over 3,000 hours of flight time in F-4, F-14, and F-15E aircraft, he held an assortment of military staff and command positions.  Mr. Bradley was an initial cadre member of the United States Northern Command, which was established to defend America's homeland following the attacks against our nation on September 11, 2001.  He completed his military career as the J55, Chief of Homeland Defense Plans for the United States Northern Command.  Mr. Bradley joined General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems in 2004 where he successfully managed multiple Homeland Defense, Homeland Security, and Intelligence Community opportunities.  He left General Dynamics in 2010 to launch SecuriFense, Inc.  He is a graduate of the United States  Air Force Academy and earned his  Master of Business Administration degree from National University.

Senior Wargaming Analyst – Air Operations SME


Senior Wargaming Analyst will provide wargaming support to the United States Air Force to interpret operational and emerging concepts, synergize efforts with other service Title 10 Wargames, enhance the art and science of wargaming, and create great breadth and depth of expertise in wargaming air, space, and cyberspace operations. Subject Matter Expert in 5th generation aircraft Air Operations. 


Responsibilities:

· Contribute to event development, coordination, facilitation, execution, analysis, and/or reporting according to the needs of the organization.

· Strategic and operational concept development.

· Development/execution of operational level wargame events with development of associated feeder and resultant products (e.g. strategic guidance, manning, orders of battle, commanders intent, concepts of operations, operational orders).

· Work is primarily on site in the offices of AF/A5/8 Wargaming, but will occasionally conduct business elsewhere in the National Capital Region, and will occasionally travel both within and outside the U.S. in support of the development and execution of wargame events. 


Required Relevant Skill Areas: 

· Must be an articulate writer and speaker and capable of performing Headquarters Air Force senior action officer duties to include the preparation of staff action packages, briefings, and papers. 

· Must be comfortable interacting with senior military officers, higher headquarters, and distinguished leaders and peers of the interagency community. 


Desired Relevant Skill Areas:

· Recent experience in military air operations and airspace integration. Specifically, subject matter expertise integrating 5th generation aircraft into future coalitions.

· Experience in and working knowledge of Air Force Strategy, Planning, and Programming (SP3) process.

· Knowledge of Air Force Service-level planning and programming to include JCIDS. 

· Experience in wargaming, concept development, strategy development, strategic planning, or strategic assessments.

NCR Combat Air Force (CAF) Capability Analyst Description: 

  

· Experience in fighter aircraft, global strike, bomber aircraft, or Unmanned Aircraft Systems

· Provide technical and analytical expertise and support to investigate, analyze, and assess existing and emerging Air Force roles, missions, and capabilities, and those of sister-Services and Combatant Commands, for wargame design, objective analysis/assessment, manning, execution, and adjudication of gameplay. 

· Evaluate options for future Air Force roles, missions, and capabilities. 


Responsibilities:

· Organizes, manages, and facilitates wargame participants to achieve game objectives

· Conducts open source and classified research and analysis related to Air Force strategy and concept development, strategy implementation, and participation in defense strategy review

· Contributes to development and execution of wargame design, objective, and analysis plans to include e.g.

     o Wargame scenarios

     o Wargame force structures and order of battle

     o Wargame manning

· Contributes domain or functional subject matter expertise to wargaming

· Participates in other wargames when appropriate

· Drafts notional Joint Planning products e.g. Concepts of Operation and/or orders/directives

· Contributes to data collection during wargame events

· Conducts post‐game analysis and drafts wargame reports

· Develops and delivers briefings of post‐game outcomes for senior leaders and stakeholders

Required Relevant Skill Areas: 

· Leadership and expertise is necessary in Joint Publication 5-0, Joint Planning--specifically the Joint Planning Process (JPP) at the strategic and operational level, to be able to shape current and future wargame planning activities. 

· Undergraduate degree with a minimum of five years in a military operational unit (squadron level) plus at least two years in an assignment above the Wing or equivalent level (i.e. CCMD, MAJCOM, AOC, etc.). 

· Two years of experience in wargaming, concept development, strategy development, strategic planning, or strategic assessments. 

· Possess excellent oral and written communications skills.

Senior Intelligence Wargame Analyst


Position Detail: HQ USAF Wargaming Sr. Planner/Capability Lead (ISR and Intelligence Community (IC) Matters, Scenario Development, Red)


Required Qualifications:

Retired senior intelligence officer (colonel-level or GS-15) who has spent time on the Joint Staff, Air Staff, MAJCOM and/or COCOM staffs. Should have expertise in one or more regions, e.g. Asia, Europe, and/or the Middle East with an understanding of alliance partner issues, particularly as they relate to intelligence sharing. Must have experience in ISR planning and the substantive intelligence production process(s), understand the Defense Intelligence Analysis Program (DIAP) and service intelligence production center responsibilities, and a willingness to engage with senior managers at DIA, the Service intelligence production centers and other commands/agencies/organizations as needed to facilitate scenario design and Red Team manning.

Should possess a graduate degree (MA, MSc, etc.) in a national security related field (e.g., Defense & Strategic Studies, Foreign Affairs, International Politics) with a minimum of 15 years of experience in wargaming, concept development, strategy development, strategic planning, or strategic assessments. The candidate shall have excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience developing strategic alignment assessments is required.


Job Description:

Provide support to HQ USAF/A5 in the design, planning, development, execution, participation, assessment, and post-game analysis of US Air Force sponsored and supported wargames such as Global Engagement, Futures Game, Global Mobility, Agile Combat Support, Plan Blue, and other associated wargames.


In support of the HAF/A5SW Wargame series and related events, the contractor will be responsible for all matters having to do with the intelligence process and all matters related to scenario development, surveillance and reconnaissance, and Red Team administration. The contractor will have significant responsibilities for intelligence updates and briefings to game players and support team members throughout the wargame process. The contractor will guide the intelligence development game process, interacting directly with Game intelligence personnel at all levels, with the Game Blue Commander, the Game Director, the Red Team, and the Chief of Adjudication and Adjudication Team members.

Throughout all phases of the wargame the contractor shall assist to analyze, interpret, and prepare scenario briefings as they pertain to wargaming design and objectives.

Senior Cyber  Wargame Analyst


Position Detail: HQ USAF Wargaming Planner/Capability Lead (Cyber/Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4))

· Provide a framework for examination, experimentation, and capability development of Joint Force future cyberspace operations

· Identify opportunities to leverage the cyberspace domain to gain strategic, operational, and tactical advantages

· Facilitate wargame planners by assisting their efforts to employ cyberspace operations throughout the spectrum of conflict, from day-to-day operations to wartime, in order to advance U.S. interests


Required Qualifications:

Possess a graduate degree (MA, MSc, etc.) in a national security related field (e.g., Defense & Strategic Studies, Foreign Affairs, International Politics) with a minimum of 10 years in a military operational unit and experience in wargaming, concept development, strategy development, strategic planning, or strategic assessments. Knowledge of DoD or Service-level planning is desirable. The candidate shall have excellent oral and written communication skills.

This position requires a TOP SECRET/SCI eligible clearance.

· Integrate individual efforts across functions and AF Enterprise level activities. 

· Ensures Air Force Warfighting Integration Capability (AFWIC), AF/A5A leadership informed of CD efforts/status. 

· Contributes to development of annual AF-level CD Guidance.
